These terms govern the relationship between GMALE Services (“we”, “us”) and our clients. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Quotations

Quotations are provided on request. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A written quotation must be accepted by the client before work commences.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed in writing prior to commencement of work. Typically:

• — A deposit may be required for materials on larger projects
• — Stage payments may apply to longer projects
• — Final payment is due on completion

Variations

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be requested and confirmed in writing. Additional costs resulting from client-requested variations will be quoted and agreed before work proceeds.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We carry full public liability insurance. We are not liable for losses arising from delays outside our reasonable control, including supply chain delays or adverse weather.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
